Solution

In Windows XP go to your Windows start menu. Click printers and faxes. Double click on the printer icon. When the box pops up click on Properties then Printer Preferences. Click on Advanced button, then look for Paper Size. Next to Paper Size change this from 3.14 x 11 to 3.14 x 128. Click OK to save.
